Lake Denton!

Located in Avon Park, Lake Denton is one of Central Florida’s most popular freshwater dive sites, offering easy access, training platforms, submerged attractions, and a comfortable environment for divers of all experience levels. Whether you’re looking to get some bottom time, try out new equipment, reconnect with dive buddies, or simply enjoy a day around the water, we’d love to have you join us.

We’ll meet at the dive site at 9:00 AM for introductions, a site overview, and dive planning before heading into the water. The plan is to complete two recreational dives, with plenty of time between dives to relax, socialize, and share stories.

Neptune’s Splendor will provide a site briefing and help coordinate the day’s activities. This is a social diving event designed to bring divers together and enjoy the underwater world.

I will bring plenty of drinking water to share with everyone. Divers are encouraged to bring their favorite beverages, snacks, lunch items, and anything else they would like to enjoy between dives.

Participants should be certified divers and provide their own equipment suitable for the diving environment. Rental equipment and other services may be available with advance notice.
