Jeff brings more than four decades of experience in aquatics and scuba diving to Neptune’s Splendor Scuba. A NAUI Course Director Trainer and Technical Instructor, as well as a DAN Instructor, he has spent 37 years teaching divers of all levels and guiding them to mastery of their skills.
With 39 years as a certified equipment technician and certification as a PSI tank inspector, Jeff ensures every aspect of diver safety and equipment reliability. His foundation in water safety spans 40 years, and he continues to serve as a YMCA lifeguard—evidence of his lifelong commitment to keeping people safe in and around the water.
Jeff’s passion is wreck diving, drawn to the history and mystery each site holds beneath the surface. For him, being a professional scuba educator is more than a career; it is a calling. He finds great reward in introducing people to the underwater world and inspiring them to explore its marvels with skill, confidence, and respect.
